The average horse stall door and stall front wall take 32 fasteners to install. Products arrive with predrilled holes and fasteners for lumber installation. Armour components are fabricated using at least 1/8" aluminum material and arrive assembled with all one inch round tubes welded in place. Armour has pioneered the "concealed weld" technique and used it throughout the product line which insures a welded connection to be uncluttered and neat in appearance. Between bar spacing of three inches is standard, however two and one inch is available upon request. Sliding horse stall doors are reinforced with additional lengths of tubing to ensure each product can withstand daily equine activities. No lumber fillers are used in the upper areas of door bar tops which overall increases the likelihood of ventilation or air flow. The easy slide round track and ball bearing wheels, aluminum door stops, latch and door guides arrive with each stall door, so no additional hardware kit is necessary to purchase. Sliding door top features vary from a straight to fold down with gossip and lift out types in between and over 85 different door bottom designs to choose. Armour assembles door bottoms of all lumber, all aluminum or lumber and aluminum combinations. Stall doors can be ordered standard 7' or 8' tall to match their corresponding grille stall fronts of 3' or 4' heights. Custom heights are also available upon request. Stall fronts, dividing partitions and window grilles can be made to the nearest 1/8" in length at no additional cost. Optional feeder access or lift-out panels are available also.
