Mr.
Mills desired to keep his pet equines safe and secure. In
addition to interior sliding stall doors, stall front grilles
with feeder access openings, and dividing stall partitions,
Mr. Mills purchased Double Dutch Doors for the exterior of
his log fascia barn. Mr. Mills wanted his stalled horses
to have the freedom of browsing the back pasture while taking
advatage of the South Carolina breezes. Split !
style Dutch Doors, Crossbuck Double Dutch, allow door top to be
opened independent from the lower 4'0" of door. The lower
4'0" of the door is also called a Half Dutch Gate and
can also be used on the barn interior stalls.
Armour
Double Dutch Doors arrive with unmarred Crossbuck lumber fascias & smooth
counter sunk interior surface panels. Smooth surface panels
protect hoof damage during times of scraping and pawing. Thompson’s
Water Sealer is applied to lumber surfaces and all edges
before aluminum installation. Stain or paint may be added to
lumber treated with Thompson's or water seal application
may be skipped upon customer request.
