SEDA Construction built the Calico Ranch in Jacksonville, Florida. The 48 stall facility is equipped with Crossbuck "x" sliding stall doors, matching Crossbuck "x" Double Dutch Doors and each stall front grille had it's very own built in feeder access door. Each stall door included Armour's best rounded track, ball bearing trolleys, aluminum stops, Super latch, and stay roller. The Crossbuck sliding doors and double Dutch doors were each washed with Thompson's Water Sealer to assist in maintaining the lumber until painted. End barn doors with the Crossbuck pattern, as well as, Superstructure framed end doors encompassed the first order for Calico Ranch. Armour worked directly with their foreman to insure an perfect fit for each component.
